Save the World? Save the Cat! Side Quest
This mission is to find Xiaoju’s missing cat.
This guide explains the Save the World? Save the Cat! side quest. You’ll learn how to rescue the missing cat and earn valuable rewards.
How to Unlock Save the World? Save the Cat?
This quest becomes available after you complete the First Resonance Main Quest. The quest icon appears when you reach Taoyuan Vile in the central plains and talk to Xiaoju.
Xiaoju owns the restaurant and has lost her cat, Lulu. She is busy buying groceries and can’t find her missing cat.
The quest now begins!
Save the World? Save the Cat? Guide
After you talk to Xiaoju, she gives you some clues. She mentions that Lulu likes trees and there is a specific tree in Taoyuan you can climb. Go to the large cherry blossom tree just behind Xiaoju.
Head Towards the Tree
After you reach the area, you will find Xiaoju’s cat on a branch of the massive tree west of the open restaurant. The tree is on top of a tall, rocky hill.
Find the Cat
There are two ways to find the cat:
1. Take the long flight of stairs in Taoyuan Vile that leads up to the tree.
2. You can climb the wall leading up to the tree. It’s the fastest way. Just be careful with your stamina, or you might fall.
Pick up the Cat
Once you reach the top of the rocky hill, climb the tree to find the cat. Pick up the cat and then take it to its owner.
Return Cat to Xiaoju
After rescuing the cat, return to the restaurant and give Lulu back to Xiaoju. She will thank you and reward you.
Rewards
After Completing the “Save the World? Save the Cat!” quest grants the following rewards:
- Medium Resonance Potion x2
- Medium Energy Core x2
- Medium Sealed Tube x1
- Shell Credit (3000)
