Wild Dog Isle Outpost is located on a small island on the map. As part of the Unfinished Expedition quest, you’ll need to unlock a hidden door on one of the buildings to recover a hidden item. Here’s how to solve the puzzle and gain access to this secret area.
Upon arriving at the Wild Dog Isle Outpost, you will notice a building where you need to unlock the door. Instead of a typical door, you’ll find a wall with half a symbol on it. The other half of the symbol is located on a green trailer in front of the building.
Wild Dog Isle Outpost Door Puzzle Solution
To unlock the door, follow these steps:
Align the Symbols: Move your character so that your view aligns both halves of the symbol from the wall and the trailer. This requires some trial and error, so adjust your position slowly and carefully.
Watch for the Black Screen: Once the symbols are perfectly aligned, the screen will temporarily go black, indicating that you have successfully solved the puzzle.
Access the Hidden Door: After the screen returns to normal, a door will appear on the side of the building where there was previously a wall. You can now enter the building to investigate and retrieve the hidden item.
