In Manor Lords, there is a problem called the Level 3 Houses Bug. It occurs when families who should live in fancy level 3 houses end up in basic level 1 houses, even when there are enough better houses available.
This disorders up the game because militia members can’t use their gear properly, making it difficult to handle the city.

In the Steam community, players share their experiences and solutions to fix this issue.
Empty Burgage Plots
To solve this issue, players are required to confirm there’s enough space in their city for new houses. They can create more room by expanding the city or removing things they don’t require. By concentrating on creating space for houses, players can confirm families have homes to live in and lower the chance of homelessness.
Deleting The Wokere Camp
To resolve this issue, players can try clearing the Worker Camp from their city. They can save the game, delete the Worker Camp, and then reload it to locate if that helps. By getting rid of stuff that might be generating problems, like the Worker Camp, players can confirm houses are set properly and reduce bugs in how homes are given out.
Check for Homeless Families
To find how many people don’t have homes in the city, players can press the ‘Tab
‘ key. This shows a picture of empty land where houses can be created.
By confirming there are enough empty houses for everyone, players can stop the level 3 houses bug from occurring and verify everyone in the city has a fair chance to live in a good home.
