Step 1: Location
The quest starts in the Junkyard west of Meyer’s Market. The coordinates are 3585, -7065. It is to be around Level 19 since the enemies you’ll face are formidable Rosetta personnel.
Step 2: Find the Revolver
Near the Rift Anchor, you’ll find a strange revolver guarded by Rosetta soldiers. Interact with the revolver to initiate the quest.
Step 3: Russian Roulette
