How To Fix Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Portrait Bug
The bug causes Astarion’s portrait to turn black for some players seems to be a specific bug related to that character. Here are some ways you can use to fix this issue.
- Visit Skelly-Man
- Take 100 gold to the skeleton.
- Talk with Skelly-Man to renovate Astarion’s classes and levels.
- Adjust Graphics Settings
- Open the game launcher.
- Switch between Vulkan and DX12 graphics settings.
Level Up Portrait Disappearance
- On the Level Up screen, click the “+” symbol.
- Continue leveling up your character.
